Culture Jam
“Culture Jam” is a hip hop music compilation dropping through Virgin Music US around the NBA Finals on July 16th, 2021. This album is presented by LA Clipper and NBA All Star, Kawhi Leonard. The mission of this project is to showcase how the sport of basketball and hip hop culture collide to influence the world. Hip Hop has been the backbone of modern day basketball, and “Culture Jam” will showcase this. The album compilation will feature new unreleased music from rap heavyweights Rod Wave, YoungBoy Never Broke Again, Lil Uzi Vert, Juice Wrld, Polo G, Gunna, and more! In addition to the album, there will be an accompanying visual documentary which explores further the relationship between Hip Hop and Basketball.
