The band has toured throughout Canada and the United States with bands such as Animals as Leaders,[1] Protest the Hero, Between the Buried and Me and The Contortionist. Intervals是一支加拿大前卫金属乐队，成立于安大略省多伦多，初始成员包括主唱Mike Semesky，吉他手Aaron Marshall和Lukas Guyader，贝斯手Matt De Luca，鼓手Anup Sastry。乐队曾在加拿大和美国与Animals As Leaders，Between the Buried and Me等乐队共同巡演，于2014年发行了两张EP《The Space Between》、《In Time》，以及首张全长专辑《A Voice Within》。2015年，乐队除吉他手Aaron Marshall外其他成员全部退出，后又陆续发行了《The Shape of Color》、《The Way Forward》、《Circadian》等专辑。目前尽管有部分乐手回归录音与现场演出，Aaron Marshall仍为乐队唯一的官方成员，其他巡演成员包括吉他手Travis LeVrier，贝斯手Jacob Umansky，鼓手Nathan Bulla。
